I'm here Mr Clark

Journal Entry: Tue Jul 17, 2012, 10:55 AM
-title from Our Country's Good-

Just realised I haven't done any journalling since my birthday O_O
-updates needed-

Fanfics:
Weeeell, Hunter And The Hunted has been finished for a couple of day now, but I figured I'd leave it til I come back from Crete to start that one seeing as I'll be gone for two weeks. Also, I have another two stories in hiding: one is a sequel to something else I've written (though I'm not saying so dun ask~) and one is something I came up with in my free last week that I now need to flesh out and write up on Word.
Basically, there's plenty to keep you lovely folks happy~

Life:
Holy smokes where do I begin? "Lots and lots of drama" sums it up very well I think... Also been out pretty much every weekend since exams finished to raise funds for the Explorers trip to Crete (we leave on Friday!!! :eager:). Also met my Canadian second cousins last week which was fun... oddly, they are REALLY conventionally attractive... not that I wanna sleep with them or anything, just something I noticed when we went out for dinner. Last week was full of events too - not only the cousins, but the Olympic torch passed through my town last Monday and it was EPIC. The bearer ran right by me so I got a great video of it~! On Wednesday I auditioned for the school musical (Anything Goes this year) so that'll be interesting to see if I FINALLY get a main part.
On a slightly sadder note, my form tutor for Yr10-11 passed away a couple of weeks ago of cancer. She was a great teacher so it was pretty sad; they told us the morning it happened and I swear the entire Sixth Form were almost silent for the day. Had her memorial service this afternoon and pretty much everyone in my form for Yr10-11 was there, all the teaching staff and looooads of other kids in the school, as well as a few alumni, some of the governers and her family too. Many tears were shed and it was a beautiful service (not to mention completely unreligious as an added bonus!)

On a slightly different note, I have a friend with his own site and he's uploaded some KH fanfics up there. Personally I haven't had time to read them yet, but check em out as I'm told they're pretty good (his name on dA is SoraKHRiku) :3

FINALLY. As I've already said, m'leaving on Friday (at 2:20am @_@) for Crete and I won't be coming back til Aug 4th (at something stupid like 4am...) so if I'm not very responsive this week, that's why. I'm also not taking my laptop sooo... won't be on the chats, won't be uploading anything and am p~retty sure there's gonna be a crapload of stuff to sort through when I get back XD that's a heads up for y'all, cos I luv ya~
