"Everyone has a right to freedom of speech"
Well, some do.
What about the homeless?
What about the children?
What about the pupils?
What about the old?
Why do we have to stand down to those who can fight?
Why is my opinion less valid because I'm 16?
Why can't everyone have a real say in what concerns them?
"You're too young to understand"
"You don't know what you're talking about"
"How would you know?"
Everyone knows their own mind.
Everyone understands right and wrong.
Everyone has a chance to speak for themselves.
So why not be given it?
Well, some do.

Everyone has a chance to speak for themselves.
Something I've always thought to myself.
Okay, admittedly I've stretched a few truths in here, so no flaming like "paralytics can't speak for themselves" or "How does a toddler know?"
The main point of this was that I can't understand why the only people who seem to be able to vouch opinions and be heard these days are between the ages of 30 and 60.
Just something to think about...
